Refund & Cancellation Policy

Apex Academy maintains a fair, transparent, and structured refund framework to ensure clarity for parents and students at the time of admission.

1 Policy Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all students enrolling at Apex Academy for offline or online programs (Grades 6–10). It outlines the rules governing fee payments, refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal requests.

2 Registration Fee

The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers administrative processing, batch allocation, onboarding, and seat reservation.

3 Tuition Fee Refund Eligibility

Parents may request a refund of tuition fees within the applicable refund period:

  • Refund Window: Within the first 7 days of batch commencement.
  • Documented Request: Refund requests must be made through a written or emailed application.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

Refund requests made after 7 days from the first class of the batch will not be eligible for any refund.

4 Refund Calculation (Pro-Rata)

If approved, the refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis:

  • Fees for classes already conducted will be deducted.
  • Any study material expenses already incurred will be deducted.
  • Registration Fee will not be refunded.

Apex Academy reserves the right to apply a reasonable administrative charge where applicable.

5 Cases Where Refunds Will NOT Be Provided

  • Discontinuation after 7 days from batch start.
  • Absenteeism or non-attendance by the student.
  • Discontinuation due to behavioural or disciplinary concerns.
  • Technical issues on the student's end during online classes.
  • Requesting a batch change after commencement.

6 Cancellations by Parents/Students

If a parent/student chooses to cancel or withdraw admission:

  • The registration fee will remain non-refundable.
  • Tuition fee will be refunded only if the request falls within the refund window.
  • All materials issued must be returned in good condition (if applicable).

7 Cancellations by Apex Academy

Apex Academy reserves the right to cancel a batch or course under situations such as:

  • Insufficient batch size
  • Unexpected faculty unavailability
  • Operational constraints or safety concerns

In such cases, parents may choose:

  • A full tuition fee refund (excluding registration fee), or
  • A transfer to another available batch

8 Instalment Payments

If fees are paid in instalments:

  • All pending instalments must be paid on or before the due date.
  • Failure to pay instalments may result in suspension of classes.
  • No refund will be provided for instalments already paid.
